Today families are different in all the diversity life has to offer, kinship families are no different in that regard.  Our Interracial Family Training supports carers and families in developing a deeper understanding of identity, culture, race, and belonging. Through open discussion and practical learning, participants explore the impact of racism, bias, privilege, and discrimination while gaining tools to nurture positive cultural identity and resilience in children and young people. The training promotes confidence, cultural competence, and meaningful conversations that help families create inclusive, supportive, and affirming environments where every child can thrive.
