WHY WE EXIST

Families in Harmony is the leading specialist kinship care organisation in the UK founded to serve Black African, Caribbean and dual heritage kinship carers.

Our directors bring over 20 years of lived experience in kinship care, understanding the cultural nuances and aspirations of our community.

Our belief that "Who Feels It Knows It" is at our core, as we work to amplify unheard voices and make kinship care a more comfortable and rewarding path.
